COACHES WRIST BANDS
-Coaches wrist bands are required to be on the field or in the dugout. Three coaches wristbands will be given out at the coaches meeting. They will be a different color than the spectators wristbands. These must be worn to get into the park, on the field and in the dug out! This is done for a couple reasons; With teams coming from multiple states, we can’t possibly know who has been background checked without the bands but the Head Coaches do. Also; it prevents unwanted spectators from being around/ bothering the players during
the games. This is for the safety of your players.
If additional coaches wristbands are needed, you can purchase them at the
Coaches meeting. If someone pre-purchased online, the Head Coach can
exchange it for Coaches band. .
ROSTERS – ALL ROSTERS WILL LOCK ON SUNDAY NIGHT AFTER THE COACHES MEETING– It’s very important that your roster is updated online! If a player is not on your online roster – it will be an automatic forfeit and at Nationals, teams won’t hesitate to protest players not on rosters!! Please check to make sure your roster is complete!! If you have roster issues, please resolve them with your State Director prior to coming or Contact Jeff Strode (850) 420-7974 NLT Coaches Meeting Sunday.
PARENTS PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK TO MAKE SURE YOU SEE YOUR DAUGHTER ON HER TEAMS ROSTER!!!
NO PROTESTS WILL BE ALLOWED DURING POOL PLAY. – Protest fee during bracket play is $100 per incident / player . If you want to protest an issue – do so immediately & prior to the next pitch. There is no such thing as playing under protest. If you are protesting a player, you should do so, prior to the last out of the game.
